Related Projects
REHOUSE aims to make building renovation faster, more efficient, and more comfortable for the people who live and work in these buildings. It also promotes integrated solutions for generating renewable energy on-site. Within the project eight innovative and holistic renovation solutions have been developed and tested at four demo sites in Greece, Italy, France, and Hungary through detailed designs, pilot setups, and real-life demonstrations.

EcoReFibre is a project funded by the European Union and develops smart sorting and processing technologies to recycle post-consumer fibreboard back into fibreboards and novel building products, closing the material loop and reducing dependence on virgin wood.
Combining AI-enabled sorting and advanced fibre-recovery methods, EcoReFibre works with industry leaders through five pilot projects to demonstrate circularity at scale, aiming to replace up to 25% of virgin fibres in Europe’s fibreboard industry.
SIRCULAR aims at transforming the building sector into a circular and sustainable industry. The project develops, tests, and demonstrates innovative technologies and services across four regional clusters in Estonia, Spain, Germany, and Greece. These clusters engage construction companies, housing organisations, universities, and local authorities, focusing on buildings owned or occupied by vulnerable population groups. The project emphasises a just and affordable transition to circular and sustainable building practices, following the principles of the Built4People partnership.
